My boyfriend ordered two essential oil diffusers for our apartment. He said he had read about their many health benefits and figured I would like to try them. Oil diffusers are supposed to help you sleep better, improve your health and mood and even increase your energy. He ordered many different scents including lemon grass, peppermint, lavender, orange, eucalyptus and many more. Aesthetically speaking, the changing colors are pretty in our living room and bedroom, but I am only a fan of the peppermint scent so far. Peppermint is the only scent that smells natural and actually does make me feel calm.
