A lot of people often ask me, “how can you eat a salad every day?” It’s because I love them! The fact that it’s healthy is just a plus 🙂 I’ve always been someone who enjoys eating my vegetables; my mom never had to wait or beg me to eat mine growing up. I just hope my own future children will be the same!
Since I eat a vegetarian diet 99% of the time, I always try to include a protein in my salads. I find garbanzo and kidney beans taste yummy in them and fill me up. 😉
